We’re sorry you have experienced a problem with your delivery. In order to ease the steps in processing your claim and provide a timely resolution, you can send us an email at with the subject title NTB Claim - Product Name with the following information:

You can start an NTB claim within 30 days of the scheduled delivery for packages that have been damaged. Here’s how to do it:

1. Provide Details About the Package
This can be the package's tracking number, weight, or contact information for the recipient.

2. Let Us Know Your Role in the Claim
Indicate your relationship to the package. Are you the receiver, or an appointed representative of the receiver?

3. Support Your Claim With Additional Documentation
Items such as receipts, invoices, and purchase orders can help identify merchandise. Attaching photos of damaged packages is also recommended for damage claims.

4. Submit Your Claim
You'll get a notification from us about your claim once you have submitted the requirements mentioned from 1-3 through our email

When forming a product description try to be as specific as possible, using things like product name, product SKU, serial number, brand name, sizes, color, and quantity. (see number 1)

All claims will require some form of supporting documentation to help us provide an accurate resolution. (see number 3)

During a damage claim, photo documentation will be required. Without enough supporting documentation, the processing of your claim could be delayed or denied altogether.

We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction, and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you do the same upon receipt of your furniture.

We offer an in-transit warranty in addition to the shipping fee for added protection to your order/s.
